Job Opening: Experienced Server – Part-Time

We are hiring fine dining server who will work mostly weekend shifts. The job requires the server to be able to work alone or/and with a server assistance. Which will require a sense of urgency, Self-motivated, strong communication skills, a positive and upbeat personality. We are looking for team player, who understands how to adapt their service for the individual table to create a meaningful experience for our guests that will make them want to return again and again.

Responsibilities

The server position requires:

• 2+ year experienced in a family owned restaurant or cafe, 10+ serving experience in general.
• Worked with POS (Dineware) system.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and knowledge of spirits and wine/beer.

The Olive and Grape opened in September 2010. The co-owner, Paola Corsini, is third-generation Italian Levantine, born and raised in Izmir, Turkey. Paola's distinct culture is represented in the menu at The Olive and Grape. Each and every meal served is infused with the traditions of Turkish and Italian cuisine.

Compensation

• $11.50 per hour, plus tips.
