The meal was phenomenal

You get a little anxious thinking a special, prix fixe Valentine's Day dinner might not be exactly perfect since you're doing carry out in these times and have to transport it back home that takes 15-20 min (so you don't think the meal will be as good since you can't dine in person where it comes out fresh). However, the meal was phenomenal with Greek salad crisp and cool -- including balanced flavors -- and mains that were still hot. Kudos for the side, sautéed veggies still having a nice al dente firmness. The feta stuffed red pepper starter felt like you were eating a lasagna and was almost meal-like in and of itself. Sides of Northwest salmon, two grilled shrimp skewers, two octopus legs and hand-minced lamb kebab was top notch. It was hard to grade which was "best" out of the proteins but the tenderness of the octopus put it over the top. We practically didn't need the side pasta for our daughter since she was able to enjoy some of our feast. Ending with baklava -- doesn't get any bet Jim • February 2021 • Google

So cute and quaint!

Loved the garage door front with the beautiful lighting, brick walls and paintings. The staff was so friendly and personable! Food and dessert was excellent with good portions. I love the mix of the menu and feel like I need to keep coming back to try so much more! Definitely will be back. Kellie S • February 2020 • Google

Mediterranean dining at an affordable price.

The food is fantastic. My lady friend and I make it a point to dine here before each play at the Taproot Theater, around the corner. My staple here is the "land and sea", a wonderful sirloin kebab and grilled octopus leg. The kebab melts in your mouth, and the octopus is done right; and unlike any octopus you've likely had; this is juicy and tender, and not at all rubbery like others. As I mentioned, this is a staple for our theater nights, and it will be as long as we want it to be. Randal C • February 2020 • Google

What a wonderful treat.

We found this restaurant on Open Table and decided to try it. We were greeted by the owners at the door. The food was fabulous. Their wine selection was good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our dinner and thought the service was perfect. We would highly recommend! Anonymous • February 2020 • OpenTable

One of our favorite family-owned restaurants

We had our family valentine's dinner here on Saturday Feb. 15th and it was wonderful. The food was excellent and the service was very good by the owner's son. They are very gracious here and it is one of our favorite family owned restaurants in Seattle. No pretensions, just a great place to have a meal. Anonymous • February 2020 • OpenTable

A wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Had an amazing 4 course meal here for Valentine’s Day. Everything was delicious. The set menu was a starter to share, separate salads, separate entrees and a dessert to share. We enjoyed shrimp-pesto stuffed mushrooms with a glass of Prosecco, Greek salad and strawberry-spinach salad, steak topped with shrimp and scallops and luscious mushroom gravy with a side of arugula salad and a tasty little potato croquet paired very nicely with an Italian red wine. Dessert was pistachio baklava and pistachio ice cream with espresso. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thanks open table! Anonymous • February 2020 • OpenTable
